"Colour Your World" International Blog Hop - September [Tutoriel]

The palette for the "Colour the World" challenge this month and the project it inspired me is a real invitation for travel! Knowing that this post is part of a blog hop that will take you for a real creative trip arount the world... passengers for the flight September "Colour the World" are expecting gate Coul'Heure Papier for immediate departure!!

And eventually... your flight just landed in Agra!
You're gonna be able to visit its famous and stunning Taj Mahal made of sculped and fines gems incrusted white marble and our guide is waiting for your for the tour :o)

I feel lucky to have had the chance to visit this outstanding monument which makes you feel so small!
Symbol for love, this mausoleum was build between 1631 and 1648 by mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his spouse who died giving birth to their fourteenth child!!

Legend pretends Shah Jahan intented to build for himself the exact copy of the Taj Mahal in black marble across the river with a bridged connecting the two monuments. But he would have been stopped in his costly project, murder by his son who did not appreciated the mammoth expenses to come!!!

With this week project, it is actually not one but two projects that I share with you since you can easily:
- Make the hexagon-Taj-Mahal like box only and fill it with a gift, sweets or fragrance...
- Build and dress this sweet Indian woman wearing sari and place her on another projetc such as a travel/holidays card for instance ;o)

  7. This is a most intriguing project. I love the Indian women, and I am curious about making them. They are so cute. I had to get out my catalog to figure out that they were made with the Pretty Label punch. I have a daughter-in-law from India, and I am going to surprise her sometime with Indian ladies on a card, too. You are so clever.
